Blending local archery skill with numerical prediction, this daily event draws massive participation and widespread interest across the region.

What is Shillong Teer?

Shillong Teer is an archery-based lottery game organized by the Khasi Hills Archery Sports Association, which consists of 12 participating clubs.

• Game Schedule: The game is held on all working days (Monday through Saturday) and remains strictly closed on Sundays.
• Legality: Unlike typical lottery formats, the Shillong Teer is completely legal, regulated, and followed with great enthusiasm by locals and participants alike.

How the Shillong Teer Game Works

Participating in the Shillong Teer lottery is straightforward if you follow the daily schedule and betting rules:

1. Buying Tickets: Interested participants can purchase tickets from authorized Teer betting counters located across Meghalaya.
2. Timing: Counters remain open for ticket sales daily from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.
3. The Archery Session: Once ticket windows close, the archery session officially begins at 3:30 pm.
